MYSTERY PHOTOGRAPHER

I received the following email from a reader. I'm stumped. Do any of you have an idea who he could be refering to?

I am wondering if someone can help me locate someone.I believe that his name is Jacco Bhetti? I may be misspelling it,most likely I am.I had two prints of his,but they have since been lost in several moves,and I'd like to buy them again,but I'm having a hell of a time finding anything by him.
