IMPORTANT UPDATE: When you go to purchase a calendar and you get to the last screen, it's important to select the correct "shipping option". The default "Standard" shipping price is ridiculously high, but if you select Ground shipping, the price goes way down.
Update #2: Apparently shipment beyond North America is unreasonably expensive due to a recent change at Lulu.
